Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy for Open-Enrollment Classes

At ThinkLouder we understand individual circumstances may arise for participants, and as a company we do our best to accommodate. Listed below are our cancellation policies and notice periods for all our public enrollment, virtual and in-person courses. Virtual/Online Training

Registrants may cancel or reschedule any virtual class registration at any time without penalty prior to the start of a scheduled class.  Registrants who cancel their registration will receive a full refund to the original payment method or credit card used to register for the class.  In the event that the original payment method or credit card is no longer available, participants will receive a credit that they may use for a future ThinkLouder class.  


In Person Training:

Registrants who cancel less than 3 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. Registrants may reschedule their class up to 1 business day prior to class without penalty.  If a registrant requests to reschedule their class within 1 business day of their scheduled class, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee will be charged to enroll in a new class.


All Students:

Students must complete their class within 12 months of registration.  Any transfer or cancellation credits will be forfeited after 12 months of the original registration date.
