Listed below are our cancellation policies and notice periods for all our public enrollment, virtual and in-person courses. Scrum Alliance Certified Virtual/Online Training
For virtual/online Certified Scrum Alliance training classes, which include: Certified ScrumMaster Training, Certified Product Owner Training, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster Training, Advanced Certified Product Owner Training and Certified Agile Leadership, registrants may cancel or reschedule any virtual class registration at any time without penalty prior to the start of a scheduled class. Registrants may elect to reschedule their class at any time without penalty. Registrants who cancel their registration will receive a full refund to the original payment method or credit card used to register for the class. In the event that the original payment method or credit card is no longer available, participants will receive a credit that they may use for a future ThinkLouder class. Any student who is not completely satisfied with a class may request a full refund within 7 days of completing a class.
Live Online Instructor-led PMP Certification Training Classes
For PMP Certification Training classes, class registrations may be cancelled within 5 calendar days from the time of registration. Registrations will not be refunded after the start of the original class date or if the student has accessed the online class materials. Any refund request beyond 5 calendar days of the original course purchase date will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Students may transfer to another live PMP instructor-led class provided that a request is submitted by email prior to the start of the registered class. If a student requests a transfer to another live instructor-led class prior to the start of their registered class, 100% of their registration/tuition fee will be applied to the requested course time without penalty. Students may transfer up to three (3) times to a future live class for free. If the class transfer is to a more expensive class, the price difference must be paid prior to the transfer being finalized. No partial refunds will be issued for class transfer to lesser value classes or as a result of future promotions.
PMP Certification Exam Pass Guarantee:
PMP students who do not pass the exam in 3 attempts will be refunded the full amount paid for enrollment/registration provided that all exam attempts occurred within 120 calendar days of the live instructor-led PMP class concluding. In order to qualify for the refund guarantee, student must attend the PMP certification class in full and must complete all assigned practice exams and quizzes in the student portal and receive a Certificate of Completion (COC) prior to the first exam attempt,
In Person Training:
Registrants who cancel less than 3 business days before the start of class, or do not attend class without prior written notice will forfeit their tuition. Registrants may reschedule their class up to 1 business day prior to class without penalty. If a registrant requests to reschedule their class within 1 business day of their scheduled class, their tuition will not be refundable and a $200 administrative fee will be charged to enroll in a new class.
All Students:
Students must complete their class within 12 months of registration. Any transfer or cancellation credits will be forfeited after 12 months of the original registration date.
